About Our Concrete Crew in Buena Park

We pour new concrete for homeowners: driveways, patios, walkways, slabs and more. A lot of our calls come after a hard rain or a fallen tree leaves a mess. We look at what happened, tell you plainly what needs to go, and pour it back right.

How We Work

Most people call us when something has already gone wrong. Water ran under a walkway and the ground washed out. A tree came down and cracked the driveway into pieces. Roots heaved a patio until it tipped toward the house. You want it handled, and you want to know it won't happen again next winter.

So we start with the cause, not the concrete. We look at where the water goes, how the old slab was built and what is under it. Thin slabs with no base rock, no rebar and no slope away from your home are common, and they are usually why the damage happened. If a section needs to come out, we say so. If only part of it does, we say that too. We take photos so you can see what we saw.

Then we plan the new pour to hold up. That means a compacted base, steel where the load calls for it, proper thickness, control joints in the right places and a slope that sends water to the street or a drain. We pull the permit when the job needs one. We cover plants and walls, keep the mess contained, and haul the old concrete away.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • A calm plan after damage

Sudden damage feels urgent. We help you sort out what is a safety problem today and what can wait for a scheduled pour. You won't be rushed into more work than the job needs.

  • A written estimate you can read

We break the price into lines: tear-out, base prep, concrete, steel, finish and permit. If something under the old slab changes the plan, we show you before we keep going.

  • Help with the insurance side

If you're filing a claim, we give you photos and a clear scope of the work. We don't act as your adjuster, but we can explain what we found in plain words they can use.

  • A clean site at the end

Old concrete gets hauled off. Forms come out once the slab can take it. We tell you when you can walk on it and when it's ready for a car.
